What You'll Do

Tele-calling

Make tele-calls to patients and leads for appointment scheduling

Record Management

Update and manage appointment records regularly

Coordination

Coordinate between doctors, sales team, and patients

Operations Support

Support daily operational and administrative work of the clinic

You’ll play a key role in keeping communication smooth and operations running without delays.

Doctors

Work closely with our Ayurvedic practitioners

Sales Team

Collaborate on patient outreach and growth

Patients

Be the caring voice that guides their journey

What We're Looking For

Good communication skills (must)

Comfortable talking to patients on calls

Organized, responsible, and calm in day-to-day work

Willingness to support operational tasks when needed
